Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe in your local currency.
Payments, billing and cancellation
On the web, SleepMelody Premium is billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor Stripe in your local currency. You can cancel any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period, and refund requests are handled by us directly.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime in your profile.
Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
